Launching a competitions brand in a crowded UK market means earning trust before the first ticket is ever sold. Vault Nine needed a platform that felt premium, transparent and credible from the first impression.
Off-the-shelf competition tools were either inflexible, visually generic or unable to scale with the brand's ambition. The business needed something purpose-built — capable of handling real users, real payments and real volume without compromise.
There was also an opportunity to build SEO foundations from day one, rather than retrofitting them after launch, so organic visibility could grow alongside the brand.

Sprout Hub designed and built Vault Nine Competitions end-to-end — from brand-aligned UX and conversion architecture through to the underlying competitions engine, payment infrastructure and customer account system.
The site is structured around clarity and trust: prize pages, transparent draw mechanics, customer accounts and a frictionless checkout that performs reliably under traffic spikes.
