Cornish Chillies is an independent Cornwall-based food brand producing award-winning chilli products with a loyal customer base.

Cornish Chillies had built a loved independent brand with a genuinely premium product — but the e-commerce experience didn't reflect either.
Product pages lacked storytelling, the checkout introduced friction at exactly the wrong moments, and the site was vulnerable to slowdowns during seasonal peaks when sales spike hardest.
There was also a clear opportunity to build proper SEO foundations so the brand could capture more organic search demand from buyers actively looking for premium chilli products.

Sprout Hub designed and built a custom storefront focused on three things: product storytelling, frictionless checkout and SEO performance.
Each product page is structured to communicate provenance, heat profile and use cases — the kind of detail that turns curious browsers into confident buyers.
The checkout was streamlined to reduce drop-off, and the underlying stack was chosen for stability under traffic spikes around seasonal pushes.
Technical SEO and content structure were built in from the start so the brand can grow its organic footprint without re-platforming again in two years.
