District Maintenance were ready to grow into larger, longer-term facilities contracts — but the website wasn't supporting that ambition.
Procurement teams expect a certain level of digital credibility before shortlisting a supplier, and the existing site didn't clear that bar. The service offer wasn't structured for B2B buyers, and there was little to differentiate District from national competitors.
